Picture your event held in an elegant Mayfair venue, bordering the greens of Hyde Park and Green Park, the ultimate upmarket London location. The perfect choice for when you want clients or guests to sweep past quintessential London locations such as Savile Row, the Burlington Arcade and Claridges, Mayfair exudes tradition, luxury and exclusivity. Some of London’s most exclusive hotels, bars and shops sit in this treasured part of town; think The Dorchester, Dukes Bar and Dover Street Market for must-visit locations which seamlessly blend the old with the new.
We have two very different Mayfair venues available, both offering versatile and beautiful central London locations for product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, filming and pop-up activations to name just a few options.
Opposite Claridges and just a few moments from Bond Street station, stucco-fronted Fifty Six Brook Street is the ultimate Mayfair venue, featuring seven rooms across four floors. Pristine white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows at street level make this a popular London venue for product launches, particularly with fashion and beauty clients; it’s also a perfect venue for pop-ups and receptions, with a standing capacity of 150. Once the headquarters of Vidal Sassoon, its noteworthy occupants date back to valued physicians and artists of the Victorian era. In contrast to its traditional exterior, the interior of this venue is exceedingly modern and clean, making it a perfect blank canvas for more intimate central London events. It also features a dedicated screening room to ensure the perfect viewing experience for your clients or guests.
This Grade II listed townhouse Mayfair venue, dating back to 1727, is just moments from Bond Street station and was formerly the Indonesian embassy. Beyond a traditional white stucco frontage, black and white tiling exudes drama for a stunning first impression, while a grand spiral staircase complete with intricate black iron and gold balustrade harks back to a world of traditional and formal glamour.
Allowing for up to 300 guests, Thirty Eight Grosvenor Square’s classically beautiful Georgian rooms give an elegant, old-world London feel, with hand-painted rococo-ceilings, cornices and frescos adding a genuinely beautiful artistic and historical flair to many of the four main event rooms and seven further reception areas. Other unique features include the original gilt-edged office space complete with visa desk, and at the back, long corridors and disused office space ideal for use as a filming venue or atmospheric photoshoots.
This unique property is ideal for a total brand takeover, and has been a popular choice with prestigious brands turning this exclusive address into the ‘House of’ their brand; for example, Moët & Chandon took over the venue to great effect for three days in the summer to create their own stunning private members’ club. Other brands who have used the space include Burberry, Hermes and Amazon, who have used the building for photoshoots, West End filming locations, cocktail events and launch parties, to name but a few.
